Moet je je post nog wel op papier binnen laten komen in je eigen organisatie? Met papier werken in de cloud!
Meindert Hibma zal een stukje historie, een video van het OSD (ontvangst, Scannen en Digitaliseren) proces en een plaatje van de toekomst schetsen naar web en email capture in combinatie met de fysieke inkomende stromen. Een hybride postkamer met een duidelijk pluspunt, dat er direct uitspringt: de webapplicatie voor formulieren en de visuele acceptatiemodule voor inkomende informatiestromen. Omdat deze via het internet benaderbaar zijn, kunnen medewerkers nu plaatsonafhankelijk werken. Verder maakt dit proces digitaal verwerken van de fysieke post mogelijk en zo kan in de eigen organisatie dan ook volledig plaatsonafhankelijk worden gewerkt zoals in het Nieuwe Werken is beoogd.

Het Nieuwe Werken = Slim Werken
Het ministerie van OCW heeft in het kader van het programma Slim Werken.nu meerdere stappen gezet om tot doelmatiger werkprocessen te komen. Het management van OCW wil forse verbetering, transparantie, efficiency en beheersing van informatiestromen realiseren. De OCW medewerkers worden in staat gesteld efficiënt inhoudelijk samen te werken met het veld en met andere departementen door middel van “nieuwe ICT”. Geïntegreerde Document Management en Workflow spelen hierbij een cruciale rol.
